Near me is a restaurant where a florist shop used to be. Above that florest shop was a huge lighted sign that is no longer permissable by city code. However, since the sign is grandfathered, the restaurant owners named their place the same as the florist and kept the sign. Someday I'll put a photo of it on my site.Sharonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07645915869786296771noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-168102153064280986.post-11404685887452233292008-09-18T17:53:00.000-04:002008-09-18T17:53:00.000-04:00If I do think of one I will definitely be photogra...If I do think of one I will definitely be photographing it for my blog!
Great shot Ming.dianasfaria.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10488357854017358868noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-168102153064280986.post-25683757366985898022008-09-18T13:37:00.000-04:002008-09-18T13:37:00.000-04:00Boston has a Citco sign that everyone navigates wi...Boston has a Citco sign that everyone navigates with. I remember it from the 50s - we would see it when the family was returning to Queens by either the bridge or the tunnel, or from the area around the UN.

Our iconic structure is obvious, I suppose.
