Singapore: Vivo City

Sorry for the blurry photo. It was taken from inside the monorail through thick plastic windows. Vivo City is a series of multi-purpose buildings set on the edge of the southern shores of Singapore.
I just love the modernist architecture.

  1. The design of it is very unique. It has a small pool at somewhere outside of the building which people will soak their legs into the water and enjoy the hot sun. I was one of them. :p

    Nice and quick shot!

  2. Have you been inside? They were doing their grand opening the last time I was there (january), and I didn't want to be stampeded. I hate crowds.

  3. Emily - I didn't see the pool. :-( Otherwise, there would be another photo of my feet.

Carol - I didn't go in because we were going to Sentosa Island. We just took the monorail around the area.

  7. Ming, Where did you find this. I was in Singapore two years ago and noticed nothing. It's true that I always have a big trouble with the weather there... and find it difficult to stroll around!
