I love this architecture. During my wild and callow youth, I lived for six years in Chicago and fell in love with Brownstones then. If I had a million to spare.....

Kate - when I first moved to NYC almost a decade ago and worked in Brooklyn, I dreamed about buying that brownstone with the black roof.
