I was at the Union Square Green Market yesterday and saw this beautiful bloom at one of the booths selling flowers and fruits. I switched my camera into macro mode and managed to shoot about 12 photos. This was the most perfectly focused and composed photo of the lot.
So are you waiting for spring to arrive?
Ming, the perfect center and softly fading pink center are lovely. Nice job!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo Ming, perfect spring picture. Here in Norfolk its mean't to snow tomorrow on Easter Sunday!!! So we will be having a white easter! Its windy cold and rainy so not enjoying it. Hope the weather is better where you are! Love missy xx

Want to reach out and touch the petals...that means its a great photo:)
ReplyDeleteSpring is already here; actually, except for one flooded day, we had no winter...
ReplyDeleteSelf-portrait? Anytime travelling alone... ;)
Have a great weekend!
beautiful. Love the subtle colours. Spring is already here - people sunbathing on the beach today although I'm still well wrapped up!
ReplyDeleteWell taken. The detail is fantastic and the colour beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWonderful image, Ming!
ReplyDeletePS: What a coincidence! I have also blooming fruits flowers on my current post.
That is stunning!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, so pretty. And makes me so ready for spring!
ReplyDeleteI like it, but try cropping it within the flower (I think it will be more dramatic).
ReplyDeleteOh, and Happy Easter :)
I look forward to Spring but only if I were back in the States....*sob sob*
