Coin Fountain

This photo was taken at one of the fountains at Rockefeller Center. It seems like people were tossing coins into the fountain hoping their wishes would be granted. I tossed some Italian liras into the Trevi Fountain when I was a 10-year old boy. My wish was to visit Rome again in the future. So far, the wish hasn't come true yet.

So have you ever tossed a coin into a fountain and made a wish?

  3. I tossed some coins in the Fontana di Trevi in Rome too, in 1993. I didn't return yet either ... but I'm closer than you are!

    Nice picture!

  4. Tossing a string of flowers in the ocean off Hawaii is supposed to bring you back there too. I did it once and went back 5 times but after that it didn't work.

I saw a guy on Cops get arrested twice (the same night) for stealing coins from fountains in Las Vegas.

Do these coins go to a charity?

  7. Your wish may not have come true yet, but your story's not over yet either! I tossed a coin in a shopping mall fountain once, but it doesn't have the same cache. : )

  9. Oh my god! But I also heard that Sam was gonna die and they always say something like that! I also heard one of the girls had a secret child when she was 17, and the CarrieandBig wedding is a dream.
These are my guesses on the movie

Big has a heart attack the day of the wedding and Sam and Smith get married.
But not long to go now!!!!! Can not wait!Even the fella is excited!

@AbeLincoln: I am not sure about the coins in Rockafeller Center, but the ones in Trevi Fountain are donated to Caritas International Relief Agency, based in Rome.
