An Evening at Washing Square Park

This photo was taken two weekends ago at Washington Square Park when the weather was comfortably cool and dry. Then it turned hot last weekend and everyone changed into their shorts and t-shirts.

So are you looking forward to the summer?

  11. Yes, of course. Summer is always a treat, though I would be uncomfortable with your east coast humidity. Even though we live by the sea, our humidity tends to be relatively low in Seattle. My favorite part of summer is the long hours of daylight, and of course the shirt sleeve temperatures -:)

  13. Summer's here MIng. When I turn the AC on, it's here. I notice your trees aren't quite leafed out. Our spring has come and gone. We're waiting on the humidity Chuck mentioned. Oh lordy it's brutal here.I love this , OH SO NYC, photo.

  19. Lovely to see it again: the view is much different from the one I used to have by 2:00 a.m., when leaving the Blue Note to catch a cab at Park Ave... ;)
