Sunset at Washington Square

This was the view of the sunset from Washington Square Park in lower Manhattan last Friday. The weather has been so beautiful lately that I stayed out until the sun went down and was rewarded with this amazing sky view.

    last Fall was the last time I sat outside until it was dark. & I love doing that too.

    Great light over the Park, did they finish the works there?
    It may be weird but the last sunset I remember was on New Jersey from the Hudson River Park!

    Lovely shot.

    Staying outdoors waiting for dusk is what I do all the time when I'm carrying a camera and don't have any other appointments to keep.
