Apparently, there are more to potatoes than just Idaho potatoes. Here, at the Green Market in Union Square, there are purple potatoes, red potatoes, yellow potatoes, white potatoes, skinny potatoes, fat potatoes, big potatoes, small potatoes, pretty potatoes, ugly potatoes....all kinds of potatoes.I love potatoes. I love mash potatoes, scalloped potatoes, shoe string potatoes....all kind of potatoes.
