I saw this sign posted on the wall of one of the buildings in SoHo. It is a surgeon general's warning against cigarette smoking. However, there is no clinic or government building near the area. Most of the stores on the street are mostly art galleries and clothing boutiques. Also, it looked like an expensive copper plate so it is quite puzzling to see it there.So have you seen anything odd lately?
