Yes, traffic culture is completely missing. They (and you) must believe in their (or your) good "destiny" or "faith"! You feel that you risk your life when you cross a street. They seem to have no breaks, only "horns"!
(Apart from that, China is fascinating and interesting!)

Would love to be there next year, but only if VIP not to worry how to get to the events and out; if the traffic is already a jam...
I like the structure of that stadium. It just gives you that "wow" feeling!
