This gaucho grill was one of the food ventors at the street fair on Greenpoint Avenue and 48th Street in Sunnyside, Queens. I believe these meats on the spit are skirt steaks and they are served with boiled potatoes covered in salt and plantains (fried green bananas).I'm not a fan of grilled steak but I do love a good juicy burger.
