It doesn't take much to make me. For example, this cup of chocolate gelato with a piece of hazelnut chocolate (Nutella) vanilla wafer and a cup of cappuccino will make me a very happy man!! The photo was taken at Caffee Dante on MacDougal Street, just north of Houston Street. It is an old world Italian cafe with delicious pastries, gelato and coffee.So what simple things in life make you happy?

What makes me? Hmm, lots of things, but day in and day out, having two incredibly supportive parents. Unconditional love goes a long way.

I have a whole fridge of different chocolates in my fridge in the office. Mostly various brands and type of dark chocolates.

What simple things in life make me happy? So many little things, Ming, like last evening, to get a fire ready in the fireplace and to strike the match...
This ice cream would also make completely happy, but even a cup of espresso or a glass of red wine on the terrace of a Paris café... if we just talk about the "small things"!

What makes me happy. So much. Just living here and seeing the sea, happy dogs lying about - but to eat or drink? An espresso, a really good cup of English tea, a glass of wine - and friends. Before anything else - friends. Couldn't live without my friends.

Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh...... Oh, oh, oh..... Ice cream makes me very happy, but photos of ice cream is less fattening!!! As are cake pics, pie pics, cookie pics, choc pics, bakery pics, cafe pics.....

Why, I'm happy just looking at this photo! I no longer can indulge in gelato (like I did when I took students to Italy) because lactose intolerance has reared its ugly, ugly head.

This is a wonderfully composed shot. Notice the very small focus field you've managed to control. Blurring happens almost immediately past the initial subject of interest.
