Puck Building

This little golden statue stands on top of the front entrance to the Puck Building in SoHo and Nolita. The red brick building is probably most famous for being the site of Grace Adler's office in the TV-series, Will & Grace.

We are experiencing our first fall (autumn) like weather this weekend after two weeks of hot humid temperatures. I am really excited about the cool weather coming because I like temperatures below 60 degrees.

So at what temperatures are you most comfortable?

Hi Ming,

I gotta comment about this post! I just gotta! Since Sillypore is located near the equator and there are only 3 seasons here: summer, summer and summer; everyone hates the sun and the heat (and the humidity)!

I'm no exception and I'm so envious of people who live in temperate countries who get to say things like "Oh, winter is coming, blah blah."

Have you been to Sillypore? The heat (and humidity) here might just kill you. Here's a quick glance:
Feb to May: 79F - 91F
Jun to Oct: 82F - 95F
Nov to Jan: 75F - 90F

You're so lucky to live in a country of four seasons. In Sillypore, some nights are so oppressively hot you'll just feel like dying. Here, natural temperatures never, ever dips below 70F even during the biggest of storms in the darkest of nights. Holy.

Brr, no I am not excited about this change of weather. I just wish we could have a few more weekends like we had last week. I don't want to get the coat and the scarve and the gloves out. Nooooo.

That Puck does look like a trickster.

About temperatures, I like it just a little cool, cool enough that I can wear wool socks. It's almost time for me to pull them out of my chest, pull them onto my feet.

Great photo! About your temp question, here in Portland I just haven't found an un-favorite temperature at any time of the year, mainly because I'm loving so very, very much having no humidity 99.999 percent of the time!

Glad you enjoyed the autumn leaves across the street.

Not too warm, not too cold, not too humid, not too dry. :)

I pretty much like any sort of weather, whisch is why I like living in a place where we actually have seasons. I could never live in San Diego where it's sunny 365 days/year.

I've loved the weather for these past 2-3 days in New York City. I turned on my space heater for the first time last night, and got into my comfy flannel pajamas.

I like it around 23 to 24 degrees celcius.

Just a few days ago, we got an email notice that our office temperature will now be set at 25 degrees celcius. It's some green environment initiative thingy. I guess it's all right :-)
