Autumn in Central Park

The leaves have turned yellow and brown, the weather has gotten chilly and cold -- autumn is finally here. This young family was was seen enjoying the beautiful scenery at Central Park last weekend.

So what is the weather like where you're at?

l'automne est une saison qui va si bien à Central Park. Belle photo de famille. Derrière, il y avait une course ?

Autumn is a season that goes so well in Central Park. Beautiful family photo. Behind, there was a race?

Similar weather, though it looks as if you've got more leaves still on the branches.

It must have something to do with all the asphalt and concrete being like a super-sized heat sink that keeps the city environs a tad warmer. Central Park being the place where the tree leaves hang on a little longer. It sure makes a nice shot. We are at 25 degrees this morning and I had to go out in it and plug in the pet's water dish to thaw out the water in it for the birds and squirrels that will be here to drink later on this morning when the sun pops out.

Nice family image although it doesn't look like anyone is moving about! Maybe to wet and cold? It's cold here in NW Florida so we dress in layers and unpeel them as the day warms up.

Perfect! This the reason we who live in Arizona put up with the horrible summers:) High 80 and low 60's. No AC running and no heater blowing just perfect..........

The trees hold on to their leaves for longer in NYC than here, our trees are all but bare!

It was hot here in SF last weekend...in the 80's! I don't like the cold much, but I don't really like the hot when it should be cold. It's slowly starting to cool down again. The fog rolled in this afternoon, so the sun is gone now.

The weather here in Florida.... where it is supposed to be hot and sunny and where I am spending a vacation by the beach, hoping to swim and sunbathe and build sandcastles and just generally loll about and enjoy the sunshine..... is DAMN COLD!

There should be a law against it.

Gorgeous fall photo, Ming.

It's really hot in LA and lots of smoke from the fires in the air.
