The Sartorialist 2008

So guess who I saw at the New York Fashion Week on Sunday afternoon? It was Scott Schuman or The Sartorialist. He was gracious enough to let me take his photo. And he has a really nice camera with him.

So what kind of camera do you have? How long have you had it?

What kind of camera is Scott carrying, Ming?

I use a Nikon D40 and have had it since late July. I bought it after months of research and stress. I recently bought a Nikon Coolpix so I can drop it in my purse and take it in places without lugging the big D40 with me.

For a year or so I was shooting with a Nikon 8800. I recently upgraded to a D80 and have been loving it!

Didn't he take a photo of you?

I use a compact Canon PowerShot G7 10 Mega Pixels, good zoom...

Well, it looks like a nice jacket and scarf. I like the photo too of the lady in the spiked heels and black hose versus the guy in the slouched jeans and scuffed walking shoes. That is a perfect picture of the diversity in America.

Very nice photo. The more I look the more fascinating things I see.

Canon EOS Kiss Digital N (which seems to be EOS Digital Rebel XT outside Japan - 2 years) and a Canon PowerShot S50 when I don't want to lug the big one around (about 4 years).

That does look like a nice camera he's got! Mine is a Nikon Coolpix P5000. The woman standing next to Scott Schuman looks very glamorous. I'd love to have boots like that!

I bought a Nikon D200 with a 17-55mm f/2,8 lens two years ago and I think it's a great camera.

I like to visit The Sartorialist, but I would prefer if Scott Schuman show up huge photos.

My camara is a little digital camera. It is Sony Digital, Model DSC-S40, but it's lens are very good, they are Lenses Carl Zeiss.

Sorry, I have no idea who this person is! But obviously he's someone that other people have heard of.... but not me!

My camera... 4 yr old point'n'shoot Nikon Coolpix2100 digital. Very basic but I get some pretty good pics out of it.

Nice shot, fascinating photograph. What's his camera, Ming? I adore his blog.

I've got just a point and shoot - a Canon Ixus 850 IS. One day, perhaps I'll upgrade so long as I think I can understand it...I'm not holding my breath.
