Here is another photo of the atrium at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Notice the terrance on the second floor on the upper left corner? That was where I was when I took a lot of photos posted here.
No question today. I hope everyone has a good Sunday.

Architectural structures always fascinate me. The curves of these arches are flawless.
man i haven't been to the met in over a year, time flies.
Great picture today Ming thanks!
I apologise for this "mass comment" but I could you with your help today over at South Shields Daily Photo. Help promote the rights of photographers!
It's not fair; three on a row makes me miss the Met even more... ;)
Anyhow, it seems as busy as ever!
You had no query today, but I forgot to ask: how much is the contribution now?
Two great photos of this beautiful atrium, Ming.
Your museum pictures inspired me to visit a museum today.
Elliot just suggested the New Museum on the Bowery. Have you been there?
You have a good Sunday too!
Very nice. I was up there a few months ago to hear some chamber music and drink some champagne.
Very beautiful this atrium's photo, Ming!
Have a good Sunday as well.
Even though I hate crowds when I am visiting a museum (admittedly for selfish reasons) I'm glad to see so many people patronizing the Met. Good Sunday to you, too. ~Chuck
Wonderful building. Looks crowded. ;-)

Always a great place to visit on a cold (judging by everyone's attire) Sunday...
The last museum I visited was the Holocaust Museum of South Florida in Naples. On a smaller scale than the MET, that's for sure, but what an impact...
It looks so nice there. I'm going to visit when I come to New York in the Autumn!
Sorry I'm slow to catch up with your recent posts. I ADORED your two posts about the Easter parade. That looks like so much fun!!!
Lovely shot!
Hope you had a good Sunday too!
It is crowded. Was it weekday or weekend for this shot?
This photo was taken around 4 PM on a Thursday afternoon before Good Friday (holiday weekend).
I assume that explains the large tourist crowd.
Great photos of the MET ! Memories - it's been too long since I've been to New York.
