I was at the Metropolitan Museum of Art yesterday and I saw this fascinating artwork by Indian born British artist, Anish Kapur who created a concave shaped dish made entirely out of stainless steel. Upon seeing my images on the reflective surface, I quickly took out the camera and started taking photos of myself.So when was the last time you took a photo of yourself?

Hmmm.... I can't remember the last time I took a photo of myself (maybe 2 yrs. ago.) I have a disorder that gives me high anxiety to even look in the mirror, let alone take my own photo. Weird huh?

I play with reflections from time to time. Most of the time, though, I try to keep myself OUT of the photo. -:)

I seldom keep those pictures though.. cos they always turned out to be out of focus :P

I sometimes take photos of myself with my macbook's camera....then use some of the effects with interesting results.
I do a lot of those kinds of shots. There's a Flickr Group devoted to photogs and their cameras in reflection....
Last time I tried that I broke my camera.
