I took this photo of a television tree at Grand Central Station this weekend. It was part of a holiday bazaar and exhibition at the train station.
So what do you want for Christmas this year?
Welcome to the city that never sleeps!

Vraiment original ;o)) j'adore cette idée, cela doit être impressionnant a voir.
Pour noël, JE SERAIS A NEW YORK Yesssssssssssss et je ne sais pas ce que je ferais le soir de noël.
Truly original o)) I love this idea, it must be impressive to see.
For Christmas, I would be A NEW YORK Yesssssssssssss and I do not know what I would do on Christmas Eve
very original tree !
Now that's an interesting installation in a classic station.
For Christmas? Good health and a break from all unnecessary gifts, that's what I'd want. Oh, and someone else will have to take care of TV, I ain't watching.
I want galoshes. When I was a kid in southern California, it seemed everybody had them. These days, I never see them anywhere!
Those televisions look really nice, but it will take more than a flat screen tv to compete with the old world charm of the chandeliers.
Dear Ming!
This is the worst thing I ever saw!
Really Bethlehem circa the year zero - I don't think....
Oh my.
I go for boring natural good taste anytime.
Should we all try for a bloggers tea one afternoon before Xmas?
Look at trees in Union Sq. or something?
Another astonishing photo from NY, it seems all sooo BIG there...
We agreed we'll only buy presents for our daughter and for the children of our friends... But I let slip I'd love that black simple turtle neck cachemere...
what a great shot Ming! I love this.
I want what most people want...world peace. & some diamonds would be nice too.
What a fantastic idea! Something really original. I find it very cool!
I'm with Per! Spare me from unnecessary gifts! Use that money on humanitarian associations.
Beautiful pic! I don't much for Christmas, winning the lottery would be nice lol.
Small world -- I posted a photo of this "tree" on the 21st. Even though I pretty much agree with Elizabeth, I just couldn't resist. (Also think a bloggers' tea sounds like a wonderful idea.)
Someone here at work put a Dear Santa letter on her office door, and people have been writing down what they want. I asked for a small apartment in Paris and the next person asked for Peace on Earth. (Maybe we could just have both, Santa?)
I've never seen atree like this before! Very cool.
I don't know what I want for christmas...um...love the world over!
I want a television tree...
That's strangely beautiful and certainly unique. I'd love a house in the South of France with a photography business attached. Failing that a day off from the photography business would be ok.
I have everything I want....so I'm hoping for a white Christmas.
I need a new watch since I lost mine last month.
That is SUCH. AN. AWESOME. PHOTO!
it reminds me of paik nam june, an artist from korea who has famous for revolutionizing video artistry.
THIS tree is so awesome! Thanks for taking a shot of it for us. I think its the most original idea I've ever seen for a tree...
