Snow Day @ Central Park

This is the Literary Walk, one of the most photographed paths in Central Park because of the straight line and surrounding trees on both sides. At the north end of the path is the Bethesda Fountain, another popular site.

So what is the most popular or well known site in your town?

Wow! this is a beautiful shot Ming! I imagine all the roads are already quite clear in the city. Our side roads out in LI are still a mess as are many parking lots.

PS On Long Island as a whole,it would probably be any one of our amazing beaches.
but my town? I'm not sure we have one. sad, isn't it?
I should take a poll and see what others think of my town!

Living in Anchorage Alaska we have so much beauty surrounding us; mountains, glaciers, wildlife, forests, etc. I never tire of the views along the Seward Highway southbound along Turnagain Arm of the Cook Inlet...

Beautiful! Right now in my city, photographers seem to be obsessed with shooting at an area down down on Morris Ave, near railroad tracks. Gives their photos that urban/grunge feel.

Our town's church ...

Is very nice, in the top of a little mountain and the name is Puig de Missa.

Is in Santa Eulalia (Ibiza-Spain).

Oh, you have so much snow. Here spring has arrived, the wild crocusses are blossoming but they say: winter will come back.

In Phoenix, Arizona the large saguaro cactus is a signature of the Southwest desert. Quite the opposite of the snow covered Northeast :O)

Winter park. This, too, is a work of art and would look great on a large poster...

Very beautiful shot! I can feel the fresh cold air!
In Vancouver the most photographed place would be Stanley Park I would think. Every one who comes to the city wants to head to the park http://vancouver.ca/parks/parks/stanley/

We have a Saddlerock Mountain. It really does look like a saddle and looks especially awesome with a sunset in the background.
