This is the view of the Petronas Towers from my hotel (Traders Hotel) in Kuala Lumpur. Okay, it is NOT exactly the view from my hotel room window but rather a view from the corner of the hotel lobby. All the best rooms with tower views were sold out so I had the room with the 2nd best view from the hotel -- the parking lot. But I'm not complaining!! Kuala Lumpur is a beautiful city and the Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC) area is absolultely stunning. And I'm heading back to NYC tomorrow morning.
Confession: My bathroom has a bidet. It's devine!! Am thinking of installing one in my NYC apartment.*blush*
So have you ever used one?

A stunning photo!
Those towers are something else. What a great vacation you've had, Ming!
Have a safe trip home.
(The A to your Q: yes, of course! Every single bathroom on this planet should have one. BTW, google "hand held bidets." I know it isn't the same, but those are very easy to install and quite inexpensive, perfect for apartment dwellers.)
For a moment I thought I clicked on my own blog hehehe. I was curious to see if you posted the shot of our makeshift photoshoot. AND YOU DID!
Come over and have a look at your shot.
An amazing building ( at a nice angle:)
Have a safe flight!
Great shot, looking forward to your return.
Yep, we had a bidet where I grew up but I rarely used it. Maybe not a thing a kid would appreciate.
maybe one of these days, we should all post up Petronas Towers, then the whole DP Portal will show the similar thumbnail!
that would be fun eh?
Wonderful photo.
I've been known to use a bidet for soaking dirty clothes in prior to washing. Also they are handy for washing for feet in.
Lorenzo.
Very nice shot. I like!
A bidet, huh? LOL! Okay. So will they actually let you install one in the apartment? Do you have space in your bathroom for one? That would be cool if you could. ;-)

Wonderful! Breathtaking photo! What an impressive buildings!
I confess: my bathroom has a bidet, too! *blush*
Have a good trip home!
Great photo of Asia's Twin Towers.
They should bring those bidets stateside, especially the Japanese ones.
Stunning photo !!! I love angle and of course, Petronas Tower are astonishing.
To reply to your question... YES also because in Italy there's one in *each* bathroom and we are disappointed when usually we don't find it abroad.
Gorgeous picture.I've never been able to take a picture of KLCC at night though.
Have a safe trip home Ming!
I can see that the bidet culture varies very much from one country to the other! Is it perhaps a bit of a French speciality?
So, if you wish to see the highest tower, I guess you soon must go to Dubai!
I can see that you have had a long and interesting trip. See if you recognize NYC on your return!
superbe ces deux tours et cette photo, tres impressionnante. et sympathique ta rencontre avec le DP de KL.
superb these two turns and this photograph, very impressive. and sympathetic nerve your meeting with the DP of KL.
stunning!!!!!!
Wow, great picture! I wish I could have taken one by night, but must confess my nights were quite busy.
Well, most bathrooms I've seen in Europe have it! And if you have two bathrooms at home, there will most probably be two bidets there. I wonder if visitors with other cultures know how to use it?
Wow! what a stunner of a shot Ming! well done! and yes, I have a bidet too. Will reply your e-mail tomorrow, Bud.
Are those towers made of glass? They look like something from a fairy tale.
I've only just seen a bidet, in France, but is wasn't connected. So sad but I guess I don't know what I'm missing.
What a enjoyable vacation you have had!
YES, and it changed my life!!!!
Bidets are amazing. My parents used to have one in their bathroom. As Leslie Nielsen said in Naked Gun 2 1/2, "I love it!"
I remember thee from Edwin's blog. Great night photo. Bidet? They make great foot baths!!
Great photo! Love how the evening shot is so bright.
I had to laugh when I read about the bidet....
When we were traveling in Mexico, our children ran into the bathroom and squeeled with excitment "COOL -our bathroom has a drinking fountain!"
My husband and I both ran in before any damage was done!
