Christmas Tree Vendor in SoHo

This photo was taken at the same park where the Ring Dome by Minsuk Cho was installed two months ago. The park is actually a small plot of concrete island bordered by Spring Street in the south and the apex of Cleveland and Lafayatte Streets on the east and west.

The weather this week has been exceptionally beautiful -- it has been dry, cool and sunny. I hope you have a beautiful weekend too.

Those are nice-looking trees. Did you buy a tree?

I wonder what happens to the unsold trees? Thrown out onto the garbage dump? What a sad end to a little tree that was grown with the purpose to spread cheer and happiness, and to look beautiful.

Neat looking old buildings. I would buy one of the trees for my window.

Did you get a tree from the seller? Nice photo. :)

No, I didn't get a tree. :-)

My building's lobby has a beautiful tree though.

A tree in the lobby is good enough. ;-)
