Hey, Ming!
Definitely cooked and nothing that has been swimming!!
yes i do eat sushi.. my favourite is the unagi sushi.
kuching opened 2 new sushi king restaurants and both outlets are packed with people.
Yep, sushi eater here. But the only kind here in little Willits is cooked crab, etc. But whenever I get the chance, good old red tuna, or yellowtail, or flying fish roe topped with a raw quail egg yolk. Yum!
I have eaten sushi several times but I like to try things new and sometimes a little weird. But if I were headed for lunch I would choose the previous post and have lunch on Mulberry St. The outdoor dining looks great. I love the 1800's photo of Mulberry St. where it curves. I found myself there by accident on my last trip (o.k. I was lost). Love the Lower East Side. Have a great week.

EWWWWWWWWWWW! I can't stand Sushi! I just look at it and feel ill!
I like my food cooked thanks!
Hope you are well xx
That is funny. Poor manager. ;-) I prefer cooked food, thankyouverymuch.
Paz
Too funny. I love sushi.
Ming....The sign is very funny...No sushi for me....my food comes straight out of a southern iving style book....
fun post :)
I don't like raw food! Its got to be cooked! I like the sign too. Hope diners get the point now :)
Hi Ming! Here I am for the weekly visit… ;)
Just had a sushi buffet today at a Japanese resto called Nagoya... But, as you know, there are so many Japanese cuisines (and so many restaurants in Japan that do not serve sushi) that the sign makes sense...
Da Gennaro... How I miss it just across Canal: Chinatown... ;))
Train to JFK? A nightmare...
Hula hoop? Almost fifty years ago, probably; not any longer with this disc herniation...
Thanks for your comment on Blogtrotter, which has now landed in the imperial town of Marrakesh, the Red City!
Hope you enjoy and have a great weekend!
haha, cute!
I love sushi. Mark is a little over it.
have a great weekend, Ming!
I'm a veggie so no sushi. I love that sign. Just how exasperated wpuld you have to be to stick that up. You can bet someone sitll goes on and asks from time to time.
aha!!! No sushi is a crime! I usually have Sushi-Friday.
This is my first post on your blog but I popped on over from another NYC Daily Photo site.
While I have eaten Sushi I have not eaten anything involving fish I have only eaten the kind with the Veggies in it, I don't think I could eat raw fish grosses me out a bit, I'm a Vegetarian like babooshka is and have recently stopped eating fish a few weeks ago but even if I did eat fish I wouldn't eat raw fish. Love the sign by the way it's too funny
What do they serve then? Just tea ?
It's funny though!
I love that sign!Parsons was awesome and my first class went really, really well. Don't know if I'm ready to decorate any apartments yet, but if you are willing to be a guinea pig, well.... ;-)
I heart sushi!
That is hilarious.
I was at Blue Water Grill tonite and they DO serve sushi....I had the shrimp.
H** yeh...I love sushi!
No raw fish for me, I'm afraid. An original sign. I'm not sure it helps though. Half the visitors won't see it and the other half will want to ask about the sign so that manager is still in the same fix, I'd say! ;)
I love, love, love that sign. Great find!
Blather From Brooklyn
Heh! That's funny!
Sushi eater, of course ^-^
i love both cooked and raw food ;-)
I realize they also have "Please do not bring outside food and drinks" signs in US!
