Oh The Weather Outside Is Frightful...

It snowed yesterday afternoon for a couple hours and again, in the evening when I was on my way home. This photo was taken from inside the train car when the door opened at the Woodside station. I wanted to take a photo of the snow coating on the platform when a person walked by and I ended up with this wonderful photo.

So what kind of weather are you having now?

Perfect framing of the figure, and I love those three lights above.

It's FREEZING here. 17F is unusual for us.

de la neige à NYC, j'adore et j'espere qu'il y en aura. A Evry, il fait froid et il y a du brouillard

I like the illusion and the motion on this picture ....

I can feel the cold just looking at this picture.

Beautiful shot, Ming.

Please don't hate me ...

Here in Sydney the skies are blue, the temperature is about 26C and the humidity about 65%. There is a light nor-easter blowing ... the ocean temperature is about 21 - 22C and rising ...

I have three days of work left before going on a 2 week summer break ... Sydney is a joy over the Christmas and NY because it is the middle of summer ...

... *grin* ...

It has been raining the last few days in Sothern California. About 53 degrees, which is pretty cold for California.

Oh Ming, I just love this photograph! Isn't it wonderful when someone steps into your photograph? Steps into your art. It's perfect. Well done.

We are having endless rain, winds, falling hillsides and damage to many businesses along the beach. No snow tho except above me on the mountains.

Agree, a really phantastic shot! (You could have saved it for the subway next month?) Well, it's winter I guess! ... no snow on the ground here for the moment.

I'm glad I was home when it was snowing and most of the snow melted the next day, so that I didn't have to be bothered during my commute to work. ;-)

Sometimes accidents make for a wonderful dose of serendipity.

I can't imagine the shot without the interloper.

Bits of rain and sunshine, unusual for Southern California. I am referring to the rain, not the sunshine.

It's very Parisian shot and that's a compliment. The blurry figure and the glow of light really add up to such a fabulous scene.

I agree... a super pic. That person is hurrying to get out of the inclement weather.

I love this shot.

Here in Sydney, Australia is warm but a cool breeze has just started wafting through my kitchen door, it's raining lightly and it's very humid.

In short, horrible weather!

I was fully expecting you to say you had gone to great lengths to get this photo. Like you'd seen the person coming half a mile away and jumped into position to get your settings and angle ready. Hmm, no? Great shot anyhow! =D

How's the weather? Hmm, only about 42 degrees celcius (apparently 107.6 deg. fahrenheit)! I'm meeellltttinnnggggg!!! =(

Err, okay I lied a little...it's not 42 degrees today, but it certainly was about a week ago! More 30 degrees today.
