This fancy espresso machine at La Colombe Cafe on Church Street below Canal Street in TriBeCa makes pretty good coffee. Or maybe it is the beans that make the coffee. Regardless it is a sight to behold.
So what brand of coffee do you drink at home?

At home, with my Moka, I use Vergnano.

happy cny to u ming!! will u be in chinatown for the celebrations?
gung hay fat choy Ming!
I'm not very good at making coffee, it's always too weak or too strong, never just right.
I'm better at making tea.... must be cos I'm English!!!
new york is so full of interesting shots and you have a good eye for capturing them. I have enjoyed viewing your photos and it brings back great memories of new york. I can't wait to go back for a long weekend.
I usually buy Segafredo that I put in a nice Illy tin can (another good brand, a bit expensive, but it's worth to buy it at least once, for the can!). At the moment, though, I refilled the can with freshly ground coffee from Dersut Café. Lovely.
Tea!
But I love the smell of coffee and everything to do with it.
Cool photo
I love coffee, but gave up caffeine—so the really good stuff is kind of wasted on me. My brother drinks some coffee from southeast Asia that's amazing. He says it's so good because the coffee plants are fertilized with tiger dung. (He could be pulling my leg, I suppose).
Plain ol' Chock full o' Nuts! But I make it strong, Ming! :)
Faema coffee machines are excellent. I use Lavazza!!
Sleek! It looks like it was designed in the fifties — and I like it :)
We use our local Barako (tough man) coffee. It's on the verge of extinction for a couple of reasons and it's our way of helping make sure it doesn't disappear. Love its strong but not bitter flavor.

Please vote for the March theme, if you haven't yet. And please help spread the word too! :)
Let's see ... my wife favors Folgers Classico instant crystals ... but I drink many different brands, Costco's French Roast, Peet's Major Dickinson Blend, Starbucks House blend, Seattle's Best Henry's blend ... those are a few of the recent ones that come to mind.
Did Lisa see this yet?
For me it's Illy! Loving this retro machine :o)
the brand doesn't matter, as long as it's black and steaming hot.
You know, I do love coffee, but rarely make it at home. I'm also better at making tea....I prefer Chai. Love the photo!
That machine is quite the machine.
I drink Allegro Columbian from Whole Foods, Illy, Irving Farms Sinful Delight and Blue Mountain.
at home i drink movenpick but i'm not much of a coffee person.
