Ah, now you are talking, Ming - my sort of food. A beautiful photograph of a meal that makes my mouth water. I love salad and cheese but if I had to choose, it would be salad in all its many forms. Bon appetit!

We eat this salad as a salad, not as a meal, almost every day during the summer.
The most common form is tomato and cucumber, with olive oil, salt and oregano. Additional to these, you can add feta cheese, green pepers (fresh or pickled-like in your photo) and a bit of vinegar (perfect!).
And (the best part!) a lot of bread to dip inside!!!
We've just booked our holiday to Greece in two weeks! Yay! This makes me want to go right now! One of the reasons we keep going back to the Greek Islands is the food :)

I love both salads, and cheese, and this Greek style salad looks delicious. I might substitute ricotta if I was looking for less fat and salt.
You gave me a great idea...you know that I am a serious salad eater!...and I love Feta!
