Ming, all the best in whatever you do. Thanks for keeping me in touch with NYC today, a very long time after I actually lived there (1962-1969).

How will we learn about any other blog? Do you have my email address? I have you bloglinked and assume you will be back in touch through this site (abandoned). Or are you taking it down entirely?

Peace, love and happiness,

All the best, Ming. Like all the other folks who have posted here, I love to visit your site. I drop by as often as I can and I will miss it. I will also miss your commentary on the images and on life.

Funny, just last week I was going to do a Q&A with you, but couldn't find your address.

I still have the questions ready. If you're interested, email me.

Hi Ming,

I have really enjoyed your blog. I subscribed to it just a little over a year ago after my first trip to NYC for Memorial Day weekend 2008. Of all the daily photo blogs yours was my favorite. I loved that you engaged your readers by asking a question with each post. I do hope you start up a new daily photo blog wherever you land.

Best regards,
Tracy Elaine

Ming, I hope that what is pulling you out of blogging is more attractive stuff happening out there in the real world, not something worrying.

Your blog has been a joy and an inspiration to me. And two and a half years of daily posting of that quality is long enough to impress anyone. Well done!

Good luck in your next endeavours.
Wishing you all the best,

Ming, oh my goodness, I have just seen the news. I've always adored your blog, your photos, what you have to say and of course am so sorry you are giving it up. But hey, Maine! Think of those crabs or are they lobsters you'll be eating and such a beautiful place too. Perhaps you'll delight us with a Maine blog eventually.

Meanwhile, I wish you all the luck in the world. An end is always a beginning. Remember that. Thankyou Ming for your comments over these two years and for your inspiration.

And good luck! Jilly xxx
