Weekend in New Jersey 2

This photo was taken at Margate City, which is south of Atlantic City in New Jersey. As you can see, the weather was perfect for a little sunbathing. Me, I rather hide in the shadows.

So do you like sunbathing?

Looks a nice sandy beach and comfortable beach chairs. No I don't like sunbathing either, Ming.

Loved yesterday's dog!

No I don't like sunbathing. I go as red as a lobster and blister and peel.yuk.

But I do like walking along a beach, can we have more photos of your beaches.

No more sunbathing for me - I can't sit still anymore! Besides... that becomes a thing of the past once you have kids! Playing in the pool or reading in the shade is where its at!

Looks a little different to Margate UK.Put it this way that sand is just gorgeous here. I love the sun in moderation to bask in.

Yes, with a nice caipirinha, you'll have the perfect day!

Great shot. I'm glad they're enjoying themselves. Me? I'd rather hide in the shadows, too. ;-)

Not at all! I'm afraid of the sun, and when I go to the beach, it's to swim and read trashy novels under an umbrella!

WOW you had better weather than I did! I like sunbathing for a while, but I get burnt easily... wrong sort of colouring with red hair and blue eyes and freckles!

I love this photo!! Glad to see you're getting gorgeous, summery beach-worthy weather there. In Toronto, it's been quite a sh**ty spring / summer transition!

A pretty beach scene. I've always heard the Jersey shore was nice.
I enjoy the sun, but I won't sit and bake in it.

Very nice! i don't mind a bit of sun as long as I can get in the shade after a little while! A cold drink helps too!

You hide in the shadows and take pictures...that's good!

Good shot. Reminds a bit of Florida...We even have a town named Margate in South Florida...

Looks like the same sand and water I saw in Ocean City last October.

So, how'd you manage this sunny photo by hiding in the shadows ? Looks to me like you were out in the full sun.

I don't mind a little sun, but I hate getting sand in my shoes!!!

I get a bit jealous looking at this. It's been raining pretty much every day this summer. And it has been cold. Very cold.

Yes, but on a beach maybe in Hawaii, the Caribbean or South Pacific?? Might as well dream big.

Great shot.
